Welcome to The Plant Drop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Service

The Plant Drop provides local plant and planter delivery within select zip codes in the Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Mission, and surrounding Kansas City metro areas. Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to availability, delivery zone restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Delivery

We offer scheduled local delivery. You will select your preferred delivery date and time window at checkout. We will do our best to honor your selected window and will notify you prior to and when we are on our way. Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses within our delivery zones.

4. Products

As living plants are natural products, they may vary slightly in size, shape, and appearance from photos shown on our website. All plants are inspected for health and quality before delivery.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Plant Drop is not responsible for plant health issues arising from improper care after delivery. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
