Returns & Exchanges

At The Plant Drop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every plant and planter to bring joy to your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

1. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your plant or planter for any reason, we will exchange it for another product of equal value or issue a full refund. Simply contact us at hello@theplantdrop.com to get the process started.

3. How Exchanges Work

Because we deliver locally, exchanges are easy. We'll schedule a convenient time to drop off your new item during our next available delivery window. There are no shipping fees or restocking fees for exchanges.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@theplantdrop.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
